Here at BeyondBeautee we pack our orders with care to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition. Should your package arrive damaged, faulty, or your order not as described, please notify us within 7 days, quoting your order number, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.

Hair Product items that have been ordered and paid for will be shipped after 2-3 working days. once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number verifying shipment.

Beauty Product items that have been ordered and paid for will be shipped after 1-2 working days. once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number verifying shipment.

All orders placed with Beyond Beautee are sent via Royal Mail delivery service.
