Refund policy

BeyondBeautee  Refund Policy - Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unused and returned within 14 days of dispatch.

If you recieve any items that are faulty or damaged, please contact me via email or telephone with photo evidence of the damage/fault so I can either refund you or send you or replace your items.

In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, BeyondBeautee will upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item once we are notified of the error.
